一、About Kingfan

The Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School (referred to as "Kingfan") was founded by the Kingfan Education team, which was the first to implement the Hong Kang Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) crriculum in mainland China. It was formerly known as the IKingfan International Academy.

In 2023, with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the IKingfan International Academy was offially renamed as the"Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School." It is the only full-time pure Hong Kong-style secondary school in mainland China dedicated to teaching the HKDSE curriculum, enolling students from Grade 7 to Grade 12.

The Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School is located at No.10, Dafu Road, Guanlan Street, Longhua Ditrict, Shenzhen, covering an area of 14,514 square meters with a building area of 12,287.67 square meters. The school adheres to the concept of "Holistic Education," adopts small-class teaching, and gives full play to the characteristics of "bilingual and trilingual" education. It actively creates a high-standard and high-quality international school with both deep integration of Shenzhen-Hong Kong education and a global vision.

The Chinese name for HKDSE (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination) is“香港中学文凭试". 四、HKDSE Curricula at Kingfan

Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School is the only mainland school dedicated to the pure Hong Kong-style education for HKDSE, with 6 years of experience in HKDSE education. Since 2016, the school has been engaged in HKDSE education. In addition to an excellent teaching team, Kingfan has also innovatively designed its DSE curriculum, covering cutting-edge and effective teaching methods such as Stratified Teaching, Task-based Learning, and Cooperative Learning, to help each student maximize their academic potential.

五、College Counseling

The college counseling curriculum at Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School is based on the cooperation between home and school, with a focus on personalized, supportive guidance.

Upon enrolment, each student establishes a college counseling file and selects a dedicated collge counseling teacher. The college counseling teacher communicates with students and parents about the students' academic abilities, interests, hobbies, and career development, helping students clarify their learning direction and university goals, and develop corresponding college admission plans.

At the same time, the school provides a series of college-related lectures and activities for students and parents, such as inviting admissions officers from well-known universities in Hong Kong and internationally to the school from time to time to give presentations, allowing students and parents to experience the culture and characteristics of different prestigious schools up close and choose the most suitable college.

In the seven years since its establishment, Kingfan has seen nearly three hundred graduates admitted to prestigious universities around the world. The overall admission rate to top 100 QS-ranked universities is 85%. In terms of the proportion of universities attended, 50% are in Hong Kong, 40%are in the UK and Australia, and 10% are in other regions.
